
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb of ground meat (sausage, beef, turkey)
1 bag of coleslaw mix
5 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup of liquid aminos
1 teaspoon of ginger finely diced
1-2 sliced scallions
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine garlic, liquid aminos, and ginger. Then set the mixture aside.
Brown ground meat in a skillet
Add coleslaw mix to the skillet.
Stir 1-2 minutes
Add liquid amino, garlic, and ginger mixture to the skillet.
Stir and cook skillet contents until the cabbage is wilted but still crunchy.
Add scallions prior to serving.
